Standard Aircraft Checkout:
This checkout form covers all standard aircraft exluding retractable aircraft, aircraft with more than 200 horsepower, and twin engine aircraft. To obtain a checkout, fill out this form / quiz, then take it to an Approved Golden Wings Flight Instructor to get checked out in that aircraft. |

High-Performance Checkout:
This checkout form covers all aircraft with more than 200 horsepower, excluding complex aircraft and twin engine aircraft. To obtain a checkout, fill out this form / quiz, then take it to an Approved Golden Wings Flight Instructor to get checked out in that aircraft. |

This checkout form covers all aircraft with retractable gear, flaps, and a controllable pitch propeller, excluding high-performance and twin engine aircraft.
